DESIRE IS:
DESIRE IS THE PROOF OF THE PURSUIT AND THIS IS HOW DESIRE LEADS YOU:
1. ASK (DIRECTING)
“Ask, and it will be given to you – MATTHEW 7:7A (NKJ)
But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. – MATTHEW 6:6 (NKJ)
“Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them. 24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. – MARK 11:23-24 (NIV)
SPOKEN WORD OF FAITH – Is an aspect of a Hidden mystery that already exists and ready to be seen and witnessed
2. SEEK (LOOKING)
…seek, and you will find – MATTHEW 7:7B (NKJ)
Seek the LORD and His strength; Seek His face Evermore! – PSALMS 105:4 (NKJ)
3. KNOCK (THE DOOR)
…knock and the door will be opened to you. – MATTHEW 7:7C (NIV)
WHAT’S THE ENEMY OF DESIRE? LACK OF TRUST
Now this is what the LORD Almighty says: “Give careful thought to your ways. 6 You have planted much, but harvested little. You eat, but never have enough. You drink, but never have your fill. You put on clothes, but are not warm. You earn wages, only to put them in a purse with holes in it.” – HAGGAI 1:5-6 (NIV)
